Singapore, 20 June 2022 – MyFinB Group has established a venture arm to focus on M&A and listing activities for its AI projects across the group’s ten verticals. This is being managed by its newly-appointed corporate finance advisor, Raffles Financial Advisors Pte Ltd, a licensed entity under the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
Called AIV50, the special purpose company manages a portfolio of fifty AI expert systems across different stages of commercialisation – with the goal of spinning them off into a a standalone company via a structured venture building process. Each entity will merge with suitable companies that are in need of the relevant AI systems to grow. Each company that is going through the merger process will be rewarded with shares, cash and technology once onboarded into the programme.
As AIV50’s corporate finance advisor, Raffles (RFA) shall plan and carry out listing strategies that involve mergers or reverse takeover (RTO) of a registered investment company (RIC), leading to NASDAQ or one of the major stock exchanges of the world. RFA is also responsible for managing the capital market pre-post listing process of AIV50’s AI project companies in areas such as Investor Relations, Capital Markets, Corporate Governance, Taxation, Shares Restructuring, Corporate Structuring, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
